The Front-End Development for Interactive Applications program combines design and coding to prepare you for careers in BC’s growing tech industry. Graduate ready to work as a user experience designer or front-end developer, with the skills to use AI as a tool in an ever-evolving field that has been identified by the Government of Canada as a high-opportunity occupation.
Through hands-on, project-based learning, you'll build industry-standard skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, UX, and UI design. You'll graduate with the technical expertise, industry connections, and portfolio to stand out with confidence.
This is an undergraduate, limited-intake program. Program courses are assessed according to Tuition Category 2.a.4 for Canadian citizens and permanent residents, or Tuition Category 8a for International Students.

The Faculty’s Admission Requirements, which consist of KPU’s undergraduate English Proficiency Requirement, apply to this program.
Credential Awarded
Upon successful completion of this program, students are eligible to receive a Diploma in Front-End Development for Interactive Applications.
