Every year, second-year KPU Brewing & Brewery Operations students design, brew, analyze, package and sell their own signature beers as their capstone project. For 2026, a new signature beer will be released every Friday from Feb. 6-Mar. 20 (except Feb. 20). Scroll down for details on each beer, including release dates and student teams.
