About the Office of General Counsel 

The Office of General Counsel (OGC) is responsible for protecting Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s legal interests. The OGC promotes good governance and ensures that the University operates and provides educational and related campus services consistent with the law. The OGC acts solely on behalf and in the best interests of the University, providing legal advice, strategic guidance, consultation and support to the Administration, Executive, Board of Governors, and officers and employees of the University on a range of legal issues.
