Case study would be written by instructor for use in courses. Ideal candidate would be facing changes to the internal environment of the organization in a variety of functional areas or needs to respond to significant shifts in external environment.
The top scoring report is provided to client with recommendations / solutions to client’s challenge each term the case is used.
Specific Requirements:
Willingness to share financial statements for the past three years
Willingness to meet with instructor
Willingness to permit instructor to interview key personnel related to the challenge
Willingness to permit student visits enabling a better understanding of the project scope
