IT Service Desk Logs 100,000 Calls!

On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, the IT Service Desk had a mountian of calls as usual. On that day we reached a milestone - we logged our 100,000th call!

On any regular workday (Monday to Friday), we typically log about 80 to 100 calls as you can see in our call-log monitoring chart.
