Complaints & Compliments

Campus Security is committed to providing a safe and secure campus. If you would like to submit a complaint or compliment we are encouraging you to reach out. Feedback can be by provided by email to the KPU Manager of Campus Security Operations – Please include date, time, location, SO name or description, and nature of feedback.

The KPU Security Manager will review the feedback. In case of constructive criticism, the KPU Security Manager will initiate an internal review directly or through our security vendor’s Site Manager. The complaint will be treated with care and confidentiality. However, elements of the complaint will have to be disclosed to related security officers to assist in addressing the issue. The complainant will be updated as to the resolution. In case of positive feedback, it will be forwarded to the security officer’s supervisor and the security officer for acknowledgement.
