Ethnographic Field Studies - Summer 2018

Ever wondered what ethnographic fieldwork was like? Interested in studying the social and cultural dynamics of urban life? Attend the info session to learn more about ANTH 3150 Ethnographic Field Studies (6 credits) on "Heart of the City: Situating Homelessness in Whalley/City Centre", with instructor Dr. Jason Ramsey.

The Culture, Community and Well-Being Award is sponsored by the Anthropology Department. To apply, you must be an anthropology major student with significant contributions to the KPU Anthropology Department in presenting student papers, involvement in student organization, conference/community presentations, and/or volunteering for department events and recruitment. The value of the award is $1,000.

The 9th Annual Anthropology Conference was held in March 2012 at the Richmond Campus Conference Center.
The Conference was associated with the British Columbia Association of Professional Archaeologists (BCAPA).
