Mise-en-scène: The Journal of Film and Visual Narration

Mise-en-scène specializes in scholarly works at the crossroads of film, media studies, and popular culture. Both general and themed issues appear throughout the year.

Submission types include articles/essays; film, book, DVD, Blu-ray and film festival reviews; conference reports; M.A. or Ph.D. abstracts; video essays on digital storytelling; and mini mise-en-scène analyses.
