Regalia & Guest Tickets

Dates & Deadlines

Graduates will receive an email approximately six weeks prior to the convocation ceremonies, containing instructions on how to reserve regalia and guest tickets.
Failure to reserve regalia by the stated deadline will result in an approximate $40 late fee, payable to Gaspard on the day of your ceremony.
The deadline to reserve guest tickets is approximately three weeks prior to the convocation ceremonies. Graduates that do not reserve their guest tickets by the deadline are not guaranteed tickets.

Each graduate is eligible for two (2) guest tickets for their convocation ceremony, if reserved by the deadline. Guest tickets will be emailed to the graduate's KPU student email account.
Additional tickets may be announced on a first-come, first-served basis. Graduates will be contacted by email if additional tickets are available.
Only guests with a ticket will be granted admittance to the Auditorium. All attendees, including children requiring a seat, must have a ticket. Guests without tickets are encouraged to watch the live stream in the overflow room.
Graduates do not require a ticket to attend their own convocation ceremony.
