Study Abroad Advising Appointment
If you are interested in studying abroad during your program at KPU, we welcome you to book an appointment with us to discuss your options.
You can book an online Study Abroad Advising appointment by choosing an available appointment time through AdvisorConnect.
How to book an appointment with a Study Abroad Coordinator?
- Click the button below.
- Enter your User Name (9-digit KPU student ID) and KPU Password to LOG IN.
- Click “SEARCH AVAILABILITY” under STUDENT OPTIONS on the left .
- Choose “Study Abroad/Exchange Program” under Academic Advising Center.
- Select the LOCATION and modify the search options (dates, times, etc.).
- Click “SEARCH”.
- Select one of the available times displayed on the right. Scroll to the right to find more available appointment times.
NOTE: Please ensure you selected the corresponding coordinator (e.g. Exchange Program Information, Field School Program Information). - Write a REASON and enter your PHONE NUMBER for your advising appointment.
- Add any NOTES that will be helpful to your Advisor.
- Click SAVE.
- You will receive a confirmation email in your @email.kpu.ca inbox. An advisor will follow up shortly with an MS Teams link that you can use to enter the meeting room for your appointment if you prefer having it "online".
If you don't see a time that works well for you on AdvisorConnect, please email us to request another day and time that works better for your schedule.
How to cancel my appointment?
- LOG IN to AdvisorConnect through the button below.
- Under the Main Menu, click the X next to your appointment time to cancel it.
- Enter your reason for cancelling the appointment (optional) and click the “CONFIRM CANCELLATION” button.
