Virtual Global Learning
Students participating in virtual global learning programs can enroll in online classes from partner universities abroad, be part of cultural immersion classes, participate in online international/intercultural conversations, or embark on a virtual internship.
Global Buddy Program
The Global Buddy Program is a social network of current KPU students who are interested in welcoming new incoming exchange and visiting students to KPU. A Global Buddy Mentor's role is to help the incoming students navigate KPU’s student services, invite the students to events, and provide necessary support that ensures a comfortable stay and a sense of belonging in Canada.
Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL)
A KPU course with a COIL component is one that is designed with international engagement in mind. You will work with another classroom across the world, collaborating on projects, lectures, discussions, or joint material. You’ll get to meet new friends from other universities, build intercultural communication skills, and learn from a global perspective.
