What is a Student Assistant position?A Student Assistant position is on-campus employment for students working as support assistance for faculty and staff, paid for by your department.

Rate of pay is the current B.C. minimum wage rate ($17.85). Students with one (1) year of post-secondary education will receive a base rate plus 8% ($19.28); students with a post-secondary degree or diploma will receive a base rate plus 21% ($21.60) (per LOU1)
