How to Register and Post a Job
  1. Go to Career Connection login page
  2. Select Sign Up to register your company; or select Sign Up and Post Job, if you are ready to post the job.
  3. Fill out the form with your company information and click Submit. Within one business day, you will receive a welcome email with a link to set your password.

 Virtual Employer Information Session/On-Campus Recruiting

COST: FREE

 

Virtual Employer Information Session: 

To help support employers with student recruitment, the Career Development Centre is happy to host and set up a Virtual Employer Information Sessions by providing the services below:

  • Coordination of the student registration on KPU's Job Board, Career Connection.
  • Generating a Microsoft Team meetings link to host the information session and managing the communication to registered students.
  • Promoting the virtual information Session on the following channels; Career Connection Announcement Board, Career Development Centre E-newsletter, Career Development Centre social media accounts and KPU website

    Best practices for booking:

    • We require at least 2 weeks to process your request and promote to students
    • The employer chooses the date and time (we advise booking on Tuesday/Thursday between the hours of 10:00 am – 2:00 pm)
    • Booking the information session for at least 45minutes to an hour - 30 minutes presentation (about the company, current opportunities, application process, etc.) and  15-30 minutes of Q&A
    • Provide marketing materials to help promote the event (poster, social media posts, etc.)

    • Marketing to students through various forms of communication including website and social media

    To complete your booking, a Facilities Use Agreement will need to be signed by your organization and will be required you to submit evidence of a $2 million liability insurance policy with Kwantlen Polytechnic University named as an additional insured party prior to the booking date you have requested.
