| Renewals: | Renewals are permitted as long as there is no hold on the item. |
| Non-returnable Copies: | We allow for print, ejournal and book chapter photocopies/scans as long as they fall within copyright. We deliver via Relais through email. |
| Media Loans: | Media loans can be requested. DVDs and videos are loaned to ELN members only as per https://bceln.ca/services/resource-sharing/media-resource-sharing. Loan periods vary. |
