Equipment Request Form

Equipment and Media Services counters are located within the Library at each KPU campus. All currently registered KPU students and KPU employees have access to equipment and media services. Our services include equipment loans, instruction & support.

  • Equipment & Media Services Guide: Use the Equipment list to find out what equipment the Library has and how to use it. If you can't find the equipment you need on our guide, please call us or come in and speak with staff at the Service Counter.
  • Contact us for expert help & training or if you need to cancel your request.

Delivery timelines:

Monday to Friday: Next day delivery if your request is received before 2 pm and the item is currently available. After 2 pm, delivery will take 2 business days. Delivery between campuses is dependent on KPU Mail & Inter-campus Courier availability.

 

Note: If you need equipment within the next 3 working days, please call the  Equipment Counter or visit us in person at your campus Library.
