SUMMER 2009 Courses

 

Summer 2009

Fee payment deadline is April 14, 2009 for all outstanding fees
. If you fail to meet this deadline you will be dropped from all your classes and be required to re-register.

 

As a student in the English Language Studies program in Level 1, 2 or 3 you will be REGISTERING ONLINE If you have not completed testing, you will not be able to register into your ELST classes.

To sign up for testing please come to one of the Admissions offices with picture ID. Please read the details below to help you with your registration.

Check your personal appointment time starting March 9, 2009

Go to http://www.kwantlen.ca/webreg

  • Click on Login and Register Now or the red Login Now button
  • Enter student # for user id, pin # for password - first time users will use their
  • birthdate: dd/mm/yr (6 digits only) (you will be required to change your pin #
  • when you login for the first time)
  • Returning students will use their current pin #
  • Click on Student Registration Menu
  • Click on Check Your Registration Status
  • Select term Summer 2009 then click on the Submit button
  • View your registration appointment date and time

Ensure you pay your $250 registration deposit at least 5 working days prior to your assigned registration date. You can pay online or in person at any campus.

If you are applying for ABESAP funding through the Student Awards and Financial Assistance (SAFA) department, please visit the SAFA office on any Kwantlen campus at least one week prior to your registration appointment date to obtain the appropriate forms and instructions.

To register on your personal registration time:

Go to web page: kwantlen.ca/admission/timetable.html to check course requirements, prepare your timetable and get course numbers (CRNs).

Go to web page: kwantlen.ca/webreg to register

  • Enter your 9 digit User ID number
  • Enter your 6 digit pin number
  • Click on Add/Drop classes
  • Click on Student Registration Menu – select term "Summer 2009" then click on Submit button
  • Scroll down slightly (right side) – put your cursor in one of the 10 boxes and enter the 5 digit Crn # (course reference number) of your course. Press tab and enter the next Crn # - continue until all crn numbers you wish to register for have been entered.
  • Click on submit changes – will show your registration – if you get an error message, check on the help button (top right hand of screen)
  • Check following day to ensure registration is correct
  • Print your schedule – Recheck your schedule just prior to classes in case of any changes. Please recheck that your payment has been processed as well.

If you are paying your fees by Visa, MasterCard or AMEX please do not leave website – follow next instructions.

If you are paying your fees online:

  • Click on Student Records Menu – click on Account Summary – to determine your outstanding fees
  • Click on Credit Card Payment – select term "Summer 2009" then click on Submit button
  • Select your payment, then credit card, and put in your number and expiration date.
  • Read steps 1-5 to complete payment

Once you have completed your registration and/or payment please make sure to click on EXIT at the top right corner of the page.
