French (FREN)

Students are expected to meet all course prerequisites and co-requisites as listed below. Waivers may be requested if you can clearly demonstrate that you have the equivalent skills and knowledge. Students are responsible for completing the "Permission to Register" form and presenting it to the appropriate person, listed below, for signature.

Prerequisites or Co-requisite waivers for French courses can be obtained by contacting the instructor for the course.

If the instructor is not available, or is noted as TBA, please contact the Chair of Modern Languages (sumiko.nishizawa@kwantlen.ca).

Students with a C+ or better in French 12 will not get transfer credit for French 1100.

FREN 1101 S10 is limited to Paris Language Field School participants. Session Dates are:
May 23 to May 30: on-campus
Jun 4 to Jun 17: Paris
Please note: The 12 days of study in Paris have a six hour obligation each day.
