Design Field School 2023 - DESIGN in COLOMBIA: Bogota, Coffee Region & Cartagena Application Current Start Personal/Passport Travel Scholarships Complete About the Field School Bring to your studies renewed depth, purpose, and global awareness Over the two weeks in Colombia you will visit significant cultural locations and design projects such as the Gold museum in Bogota historic center, the modern city of Medellin, examples of vibrant contemporary Colombian design, bamboo architecture of the coffee region, and the historic walled city by the sea Cartagena. Through these excursions and guest lectures, you will gain insight into the history and culture of the region as well personal and global issues related to design. Program Requirements 45 credits of 1100-level courses or higher, or with permission from field school instructors Note that no previous Design experience is needed to enroll in DESN 3100. Fill in the form and be ready to upload the file and your KPU transcript on the next section.
