Strategies to Increase Your Focus and Attention

Attention barriers can interfere with learning at every stage. In fact, classic studies have shown that immediately after listening, students are likely to recall only half of what was said. To create a positive listening environment in both your mind and your surroundings, explore how to manage these challenges.
