In order to coordinate an organized visit, submit your request at least four weeks prior to your planned arrival. We will be in touch with the Main Contact/Delegation Leader once the request is reviewed. Requests will be accepted based on capacity. KPU International will endeavor to respond to your request within ten business days. Please notify us at least one week in advance for cancellations.
