KPU Student ID Card

Before arriving at KPU, make sure to apply for your KPU Student ID Card online. This card serves as your campus identification and is required to access various services, including the KPU Library and printing facilities. 

How to Apply for your KPU Student ID Card

STEP 1: Complete the KPU Card Submission Form

  • Fill out the KPU Card Submission Form and include a recent photo of yourself
  • Follow the instructions and ensure that all your details are correct.

STEP 2: Collect your KPU Student ID Card

  • On your first day at KPU head to the KPU Library to collect your KPU Student ID Card. You will need to bring your passport with you when picking up your KPU Student ID Card.

Keep your KPU Student ID Card

Your KPU Student ID Card is yours to keep, even after your program ends! It can serve as a useful campus identifier for any future visits to KPU. 

Replacements

In the unfortunate event that you lose your KPU Student ID Card, a replacement is available.

  • Replacement Request: Fill out the replacement form as soon as possible. Please note that fees may apply for lost cards.
